Why recycle?
Answers:
im going to tell it like i've seen it over and over. When a landfill closes the land its on is constantly letting methane gas out. i used to work for a company that had to cap off a landfill and you can seriously tear a garbage bag open and read newspapers from the 70's or if it was grass clipping the looked and smelled like the day they where cut!!
now i work for a Electronics recyclers and when you put t.v's or on that note any electronic in the ground it contaminates streams or the ground period!!! get on youtube and look up electronic waste and you'll
see the sad effects of people being wasteful..
LETS LEAVE ARE KIDS A PLACE WHERE THEY DON'T HAVE TO FLY AROUND IN HOVER CRAFTS CAUSE WE MADE THE WORLD A TRASH CAN!!!!

Recycling benefits the environment by reducing the amount of new resources taken from the environment (for old metal melted down into new stuff instead of new ore smelted into metal and made into stuff.)
Re-using saves even more by not using energy to transform old stuff into new stuff.
Not all things are good to recycle, like Styrofoam. It pollutes so much to recycle that it is just best to avoid using it all together and don't put it in your recycle bins.
Plastic sucks too, but at least it doesn't end up in a landfill for eternity.

well for one it helps preserve some of the earths natural resources.
Plus it saves energy. by making material from all new products, that's wasting more energy than it would take to refine something.
Theres alot of reasons why recycling is good.

Simply: Recycling keeps items that don't biodegrade out of landfill. It also keeps us from needing so many natural resources since as we recycle we can reuse materials and dopn't need to make new ones.
