recycling

My Senior Project is on “Going Green,” but I am setting up a recycling center at my school. I need to promote it some how and I was thinking about making it a competition. What is a good way to set up the competition and what can the reward be?

    pick a charity-no kill animal shelter,for example.
the class that turns in the most aluminum cans for $$ & donates to the charity wins.

pizza party for the class with the most plastic or cans or whatever it is ur recycling

then order a cardboard bin to keep in the cafeteria and take it to the center

You can break it up by classroom or grade and take the profits made from the recycling and give them a party. Basically we are selfish, if you want people to participate you have to give them an incentive, food or fun is always a great incentive.
