Wisconsin Recycling?

Where in South East Wisconsin can you recycle Plastics and glass? my daughter was raised to recycle everything and cannot find ANY place that will take these items (will take only cans) she is Very disappointed in this.

She is in Kenosha. Is there no where that recycles better than just aluminum??
